EventQpids is looking for a Junior Executive Assistant who can provide administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be well organized, detail-oriented, creative, and enjoy working within a small start-up community. Our ideal candidate will be open-minded, enthusiastic, and possess extraordinary inter and intra-personal skills. You must be Independent, self-driven, polite with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Although you will be ridiculously warm and friendly with a killer smile, you also know how to be assertive and take control of any social situation. One of the most important tasks of this position is to be the "CEO's Gatekeeper" and help filter, qualify, or disqualify all meeting requests and handle them with utmost graciousness and respect. It would help if you were intuitive when it comes to people and will learn (and be trained) to identify and categorize those who are our ideal clients and those who might be time-wasters. The ability to "remember people" - their names, faces, and industry background will eventually be an essential part of this success. It would be best if you had a keen awareness and sense of time and ability to efficiently and effectively coordinate contact and lead priorities, schedule appointments, and filter distractions for the CEO.
